PDF Desk
Two offline Windows PDF tools: a labeled page contact sheet, plus spec-driven page reorder and rotate with a CSV audit.
PDF Desk is two small offline Windows tools for people who handle PDFs all day: print and repro operators, paralegals, office admins, teachers, archivists.
Contact Sheet turns any PDF into one labeled PNG: every page as a thumbnail with its page number and paper size (A4, Letter, Legal and more), drawn on one shared scale so a stray A5 page really looks smaller, with a red header warning when a file mixes page sizes.
Reorder and Rotate fixes scans that came out reversed, interleaved or sideways. Write a short spec such as rev, all:90 or 3,1-2,5-4:90,last, preview the before and after grids, and apply it to a copy of one file or a whole folder. A mapping_report.csv records exactly which source page became which output page.
Both tools open your files read-only and never write back into the source. No account, no internet, no telemetry. Command-line and windowed versions of each tool are included, plus sample PDFs to try.
Privacy: the program runs entirely on your PC. No account, no network requests, no data collected. Sold through itch.io, which handles the payment.
